There are few things I have to point out. Firstly, the Icelandic economy took a pretty hard hit in the credit crunch. Iceland was the first country that defaulted in the collapse. The value of the crown has halved, so I guess you could say that a 12, 000 seems about right–but is it? If I were to compare this price to what I paid back in 2007, I would be spending roughly 200USD on one video game. That hardly seems right. However, with the value of the crown as it is today, 12, 000 crowns sits somewhere around 115USD. Now that I think about it, I feel like I was being completely ripped off back in 2007. The Icelandic crown was the 5th strongest currency in the world back in ’06 which means that games should not have cost anywhere near that much. I remember when I took a trip to the U.S. and picked up four fairly new games for the same amount of money I would have spent on one game in Iceland. You can imagine how pissed off I was once I returned to Iceland.

There's a massive update on its way that is aimed at enhancing the feel of each weapon in Battlefield 3. The update will tweak the attachment settings to make each weapon simulate the real gun more realistically.

There ain't no doubt about it, Drive was certainly one of the hottest movies last year and Ryan Gosling surely stood out in his role as the Driver: the ladies wanted him and the men wanted to be him. Now you too can take to the streets wearing that memorable racing jacket.

It's great fun being a critic. Getting paid to enjoy something that people would usually pay to enjoy. I absolutely love it! However, I've noticed that a lot of reviews, especially film reviews, are kind of nasty, personal, and rather insulting. Are critics being controversial just to entertain themselves?
